FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHERE ARE THE INNISFIL FASHION MARKETS?
IFM is located at Innisfil Stroud Community Centre, in the lot beside the skate park. It is held on the first Saturday of every month between June - October from 9am - 1pm (8am start for stall holders).

IS THERE AN ATM?

No, we suggest retrieving cash beforehand, however each stall holder accepts either EFTPOS of e-transfer options.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Friendly dogs are welcome on a lead, just not in stalls. Owners are in charge of cleaning up after their dog too. 

I'D LIKE TO FUNDRAISE AT IFM?

We love to support local charities, please contact us on details. 

IT'S RAINING, ARE THE MARKETS STILL ON?

Markets are still on if there is scheduled light rain. However in the event we cancel, we will notify the public via our socials ON THE DAY, and via email to our stall holders. 

SMALL BUSINESS STALL HOLDER QUESTIONS

HOW DO I JOIN THE INNISFIL FASHION MARKETS?

Small business vendors need to fill out an application form here, and await approval. Upon approval, we will send you an email with the booking link to pay and secure your stall spot. ALWAYS CHECK SPAM FOLDER!

WHAT IS STALL PRESENTATION?

We expect all small business stalls to be presented as mini-boutiques. Marquees must be either black or white. Other colours may be approved upon application. We look favourably upon applications who take the time to plan and create beautiful stalls. Elements include flooring such as mats and rugs, presentation stands and racks and bang-on signage. WHAT IS THE STALL SIZE?

The appointed stall size for sellers is 10x10. If you require two stalls for your business, you may do so at an additional cost. Please contact us for details. 

WHAT FOOD VENDOR SIZES ARE THERE?

Food stalls sites cater to the size of the vehicle itself. Once approved for na event, a designated spot will be allocated at the front of market. All food stalls must supply their own insurance and silent generator.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING AS A BUSINESS STALL HOLDER?

As a stall holder, you'll get an allocated stall space (standard size is 10X10ft with larger sizes available upon request) and you're required to supply suitable shelter from the elements in the form of a marquee, plus 4x20kg weights for your marquee, any tables and racks you require to display your products.

DO YOU SUPPLY POWERED SITES?

No, IFM does not supply powered sites. 

DO I NEED TO SUPPLY EFTPOS?

No, but it is highly advantageous to have these facilities available. Other options include PayPal and E-Transfer.

WHAT COLOUR TENT CAN I USE?

IFM favours white, black or blue. If there is another colour you wish to use, it must be approved prior to the event. 

WASTE MANAGEMENT AND PLASTIC-FREE, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR ME?

IFM is a plastic-free event and has strict waste management guidelines. Please provide paper or ideally, reusable bags to your customers, along with biodegradable servingware.  All waste must be disposed of offsite. Bins are for customers.

Selling clothes - STALL HOLDER QUESTIONS

WHAT ITEMS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ME TO SELL?

You can sell your unwanted clothes, shoes, accessories, books and home decor items. 

WHAT IS MY STALL SIZE?

10x10, with options to include your friends in that space as well to sell. ​

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN CLOTHING RACKS?

Yes. You can purchase a clothing rack​ for under $50 via Amazon, Walmart etc. All items MUST be off the ground at all times! So providing additional tables or raised surfaces are needed for this. Please make sure your stall spot is looking tidy, neat and orderly. 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHICH STALL SPOT IS MINE UPON ARRIVAL?

Please visit us at the IFM table setup, at the entrance of the market​ (look for big umbrella). There we will tick off your name, and direct you to your stall spot.
